J&J sends Sydney pharmacist to Olympics

Sydney pharmacist Lisa Lee has won a trip to the Games of the XXIX Olympiad in Beijing next month courtesy of Johnson and Johnson Pacific.

Ms Lee, aged 42, works at Pavilion Pharmacy in the Sydney CBD and will be attending the Games with her husband Ting Gao to cheer on Australia’s athletes.

She won the prize after demonstrating exceptional consumer communication of the J&J Athlete Family Support Program and a strong ability to display point-of-sale material to consumers.

The program enables even more Australians to travel to the Games to support their national champions. It includes a $200,000 pledge to help the families and support members of Australian athletes get to the Games.

“To get the chance to follow Australia’s athletes in Beijing is a dream come true. When I heard about the J&J promotion I was really keen to enter – luckily for me I won! I’ll be taking my husband with me to Beijing for what will be the trip of a lifetime,” Ms Lee said.

The prize for two includes flights, accommodation and the opportunity to experience unique activities in Beijing such as access to the J&J Pavillion on the Sponsors’ Green at the Olympic Games.

“The J&J Athlete Family Support Program recognises the importance of personal support networks for athletes as well as the role sport plays in developing healthy Australian families,” said Max Johnston, president of J&J Pacific.
