The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is running a scare campaign to prevent a Senate inquiry into the Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement (5CPA), employee pharmacist union APESMA believes.
Dr Geoff March, Pharmacy Division of APESMA national president, called on the Guild to produce evidence to support a claim by Si Banks, NSW Guild branch president, that the call for a Senate inquiry into the 5CPA had led banks to hike interest rates on pharmacy loans by 1.5 per cent, as reported by Pharmacy News.
